TURNAROUND TIME
We can often turn orders round same day, but you should allow 1-3 working days for processing larger orders or at busier times of the year.

UK SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
All mainland domestic orders will be sent on a secure, tracked service and will take 1-3 working days to arrive. Prices start at just £9.95.

Non-mainland orders may be subject to a small surcharge, calculated at checkout.

Customers are welcome to collect or arrange their own transportation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship from our UK warehouse, usually on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. Courier is selected depending on a customer’s geographical location / cost / urgency. We have excellent, long-standing relationships with secure and efficient shipping companies. Again, we will work with your own couriers if required.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments to European addresses take on average 5-7 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world, including USA, take on average 5-10 working days.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE
All international customers are strongly advised to check their own country’s guidelines for matters of import duties and taxes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
For an added level of security we will, on request, issue digital copies of packing lists and photographs of all cartons exiting our distribution centre.
